1.1 工程概况 Project Overview
本项目中重量较大的设备很多,主要为TANKS类设备,其中LAS SLE3S TANK设备重量8.4吨,直径4米,高度15m,为主要吊装设备。There are quite a few heavy weight equipment in this project like TANKS types of equipment, including LAS SLE3S TANK, equipment weight 8.4 tons, 4 meters in diameter, height of 15m,.
1.2 编制说明 preparation instructions
本方案仅依据招标文件及设备一览表有关参数编制,由于图纸不全,仅选取其中最主要的设备LAS SLE3S TANK作为范例编制本方案,仅作投标用。若中标后将根据详细资料图纸和现场情况修订本方案,并结合每台设备的详细资料确定每台罐(及SKID)的吊装方案,以指导吊装施工。
The proposal based on only the tender documents, list of the equipment, due to incomplete drawings, only select the most important equipment LAS SLE3S TANK as an example in the preparation of the proposal, for bidding purposes. If the successful in bidding, detailed information and on-site drawings will be used to revise the program, combined with the details of each device to determine each tank (and SKID) lifting program to guide the lifting operaiton.

1.5.2 TK-0312000 LAS SLE3S吊装工艺计算 TK-0312000 LAS SLE3S lifting calculation
吊车及工况选用:50T汽车吊,主臂长25.4米,回转半径9米,额定起重载荷11.1吨;25吨吊车作为辅助溜尾,协助立起设备;
按照吊装工艺平面立面图(见附图),在保证吊车站位在+0.00标高以上,吊钩的起吊高度可达到24米。经过几何计算,在起吊本设备过程中,设备越过罐区围堰时,罐中心线(钢丝绳)处扁担末端离起重臂还有3.5米远,灌顶上部周边离起重臂还有4米高,因此不会影响罐体提升及吊装的过程;Crane used: 50T truck crane, boom length 25.4 m, radius of gyration of 9 meters, rated lifting load 11.1 tons; 25 tons crane as an auxiliary slide support, to help erection;
Elevation lifting plane (see photo), to ensure the elevation of the crane stationed at +0.00 above, hook lifting height can reach 24 meters. After geometry calculation, in the process of lifting the equipment, equipment cofferdam across the tank when the tank center line (rope) at the end of the pole there is 3.5 meters away from the boom, boom from the gatherings around the upper part there are 4 meters high , the tank will not affect lifting operation;
吊具选用:Lifting rope selection:
6*37+1,φ22mm×6m钢丝绳(最小破断拉力238MPa)一根,12m绳两根,3m绳两根即可;
5T卸扣5对;
250*250*10mm×4.3m重型工字钢扁担一根(内部双侧间隔500mm加焊8mm厚筋板加强);
钢丝绳强度校核:
被起吊设备带上保温及钢构及扁担,按照11.1吨计算,钢丝绳破断拉力P=500d2=500*22*22=242000N>>11100×9.8=111000N,所以本设备吊装选用的钢丝绳是非常安全的。

Wire Rope Strength Check:
Lifting equipment plus insulation and steel structure, pole, calculated in accordance with 11.1 tons, wire rope breaking load P = 500d2 = 500 * 22 * 22 = 242000N>> 11100 × 9.8 = 111000N, so the selection of wire rope lifting is very safe .
1.6 设备吊装应具备的条件 Lifting equipment should have the conditions
设备运至指定卸车位置,并检验合格。
设备的易损坏、易丢失的零部件已保管好。
现场吊装平面清理干静,场地平整符合要求,回填土已压实。
设备基础及设备承重框架按设计施工好,外观检查及承重实验已经合格。
吊车吊具准备妥当,吊车按照方案站位完毕。
Arrived at designated location, and inspection.
Easily fragile,and lost parts have been kept well.
On-site lifting place clean in plane, site preparation meet the requirements, backfill has been compacted.
Equipment foundations and equipment load-bearing framework, visual inspection and load test has been qualified.
Crane ready, crane station completed in accordance with the plan.
1.7 设备防护措施Equipment protection measures
设备的易损坏、易丢失的零部件拆卸标识后入库有专人保管,待安装后期再复位。
用盲板封闭所有设备管口。
用棚布封盖设备,并用铁丝扎紧,待设备保温施工时拆除棚布。
现场保卫人员经常检查设备防护情况,发现问题及时处置。
Equipment, fragile, easily lost parts storage after demolition by dedicated person later to be installed and then reset.
All equipment with blind closure of the nozzle.
Equipment with a shade cloth cover and fastened with wire, later removed before insulation work.
On-site security staff regularly check the equipment protection conditions , identify problems and timely addressed.
1.8安全技术措施 Safety Measures
1)凡参加本工程的施工人员必须接受设备吊装技术交底和安全技术交底,熟悉起吊方法及本工程内容,并按方案要求进行施工。1) Personnel who participate in the construction of this project must be trained and have safety equipment lifting technical tests, get familiar with lifting methods and the content of the works, program requirements
2) 吊装工作除按施工规范要求进行施工外,还要遵守P&G的有关安全规定和其它厂纪厂规。2) Lifting work in addition to follow the construction specifications , but also to comply with P & G's safety regulations and other factory regulations.
3) 在施工过程中,施工人员必须具体分工,明确职责,在整个吊装过程中,要切实遵守现场秩序,服从命令,听从指挥,不得擅自离开工作岗位。3) During the construction process, construction workers must be specifically in work division , defined responsibilities, throughout the lifting process, and to follow instruction and order, not allowed to leave work.
4) 在吊装过程中有统一的指挥信号,参加施工的全体人员必须熟悉信号,
以便各操作岗位动作协调一致。4) In the lifting process use unified command signal, all personnel involved in the construction must be familiar with the signal, so that good coordination can be achieved .
5) 吊装时,整个现场由总指挥调配,各岗位分指挥应正确执行总指挥的命令,做到传递信号迅速准确,并对自己的分工范围承担全部责任。5) One director directing lifting operation on the entire site ,the command should execute properly, so that the signal is passed quickly and accurately, and each clear with their division of work, and take full responsibility.
6) 施工中凡参加登高作业人员必须经过身体检查合格,操作时均需佩戴全身双钩带缓冲器安全带,并系在安全可靠的地方。进入施工现场必须戴安全帽,安全鞋。6) Construction workers who participated in climbing operations must pass physical examination, when required to wear a body belt hook with buffer, and lock in a safe place. People who enter the construction site must wear helmets, safety shoes.
7) 吊装设备要用设备上的吊耳。必须捆绑设备时,应用专门吊装带进行,或在绳索上套防护品。7) Lifting equipment to use lifting lug. Equipment must be bundled, with special lifting belt.
8) 设备提升时,应平稳,避免振动或摆动,在设备就位固定前严禁解开吊装索具。8) Equipment when lifting up, should be smooth to avoid vibration or oscillation, fixed in place .
9) 任何人不得随同设备升降,在特殊情况下,必须随同设备升降时,应采取可靠的安全措施,并经总指挥批准。9) No person shall accompany the device to be lifted, in exceptional circumstances, movements must be accompanied by equipment, reliable security measures to be taken and approved by the commander.
10)吊装机索具在使用前须仔细进行检查,无伤痕和断丝,确保使用安全;10) Hoisting cable carefully check before use, no scars and broken wire, to ensure safe use;
11)吊装设备时,在作业范围内,高水平设警戒线,并设置明显的警戒标志。.严禁非工作人员通行,施工人员不得在设备正下方及受力索具附近停留。11) Lifting equipment in the operating range, high-level warning line needed, and set a clear warning signs. Prohibited non-related staff access, construction workers shall not stand below the device nor stay near the rigging
12)严禁在风力五级和五级以上时进行吊装工作。12) when wind is five grade and more than five , no lifting work.
13)在吊装过程中,如因故中断,则必须立即采取措施进行处理,不得使设备悬空时间过长,更不得悬空过夜。13) In the lifting process, such as interrupted for any reason, you must take immediate measures , not let the equipment hanging for too long,and not suspended overnight.
